Welcome to Motionize Gentle Fitness

I am a Fitness/Life Coach specializing in Boomers and Seniors that have been afflicted with arthritis. I work with them to make sure that their lives aren’t restricted by pain and help them to become active again with this mindset.

This website embodies a personal journey and contains 51 years of actual living experience after being diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) at age 3. I have continued to live my life with vigour. My goal is to share (educate you on) everything I have learned over the course of my life so that you too can live your "Live Well".

I was born with an old person’s challenge, I was told that I’d be dead around age 20. At 57, I’m still here and going and growing. I have 50 years’ experience in practical pain management and awareness. During 5 decades I have tried and practiced different kind of therapies.
